How to Place an Order

You don’t need to attend a workshop to place and order for Stampin’ Up! products. I can take phone and e-mail orders and post them to anywhere in Australia, orders usually arrive 7-10 days (much sooner if you are on the east coast…sniff…)  from the date the order is placed (Note: it is Stampin’ Up’s! policy that I only deliver to addresses within Australia).

Sending an order by e-mail to michelle@ministamper.com :
I will require the 6 digit item code, a brief description and cost of each product (eg to order our Lace Ribbon Border Punch put this - 122362 Lace Ribbon Border Punch $38.95).

Once I have received your order I will contact you for payment. If I haven’t contacted you or sent an ‘order received’ e-mail to you within 24 hrs please give me a call just incase your order was lost in spam mail.

Ordering over the phone on 0413 045 584:
I usually have a catalogue handy and will go through the book with you for your order, but to save time have the page numbers handy for each item you wish to purchase.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or direct credit to my bank account (please note I cannot place the order until I see the deposit in my bank account). I can also hold your credit card details securely in the Stampin’ Up! database for future purchases.

Shipping Cost
All orders attract a 5% shipping fee, with a minimum shipping cost of $5.95, all orders up to $120 the shipping is $5.95, for orders over it is 5% of the total (eg an order of $200 will cost $210 in total, $200 in products and $10 shipping)

Hostess Benefits
All orders over $300 (not including shipping) attract a sliding scale of Hostess Dollars to spend and, if eligible, 50% off any catalogue item (up to four items). Phone and e-mail orders meeting this criteria will also be eligible for these benefits. Click HERE to see the Stampin’ Up! Ministamper Loyalty Program

A loyalty card JUST FOR YOU.

The Rules:

  • For every $25 spend in one order (not including P&H) you will get one ministamper star on your card.
  • Once you have reached 10 ministamper stars you will be entitled to 20% off your next item, there is no price limit to the item you choose … it CAN be the BigShot
  • The Ministamper Loyalty Card deal is over and above any Stampin’ Up! promotions.
  • If you receive 10 ministamper stars in one order, you can add your 20% off item to that order, you don’t need to wait until your next order, (note: the cost of your 20% off item must not be included in the original spend and does NOT receive ministamper stars)
  • Balances cannot be carried over to another order, eg an order of $143 will receive 5 ministamper stars.
  • The 20% is only off the item cost, it will still attract the normal P&H
  • I will keep track and hold your card for you.
