For my Stampin’ Up! team day last week we had a shoebox swap, what that means is a bunch of us Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators get together to swap card ideas, we choose a theme and everyone designs a card and then takes enough supplies for another 10 demonstrators to make a copy of that card, so in the end you go home with 10 sample ideas for your portfolio, it’s great fun and I still get amazed at all the different ideas that people come up with.
We were supposed to use the stamps from the sale-a-bration catalogue, but as I haven’t got mine yet I used items from the Stampin’ Up! Idea Book & Catalogue and made it a bit of a valentine theme since that is coming up soon, I thought this would be a good card to give to a male. This was my design…
I just love the different things I can do with the Petal Card Punch, here I have shown it using the matching Stamp Set Cute By the Inch, but you can also fold it so that it I shaped like a loveheart… very cute, by the inch…
